Sports Lesson Plans -Four to seven year olds attend 90 minute classes without parent participation. Parents love to drop and shop during these classes. Four and five year olds develop agility flexibility and coordination while running relay races, tackling, challenging obstacle courses and learning ball-handling skills in non-competitive sports classes. Five, six and seven year olds further develop strength, coordination and eye-hand skills while running relay races, tackling challenging obstacle courses and build ball-handling skills. The 10 week long Lesson plans are designed to develop agility, flexibility, coordination, strength and ball handling skills. Early Childhood Development Manual - Early childhood development is an astonishing process. Babies learn to roll, crawl, stand, walk, and run in the short time from birth to age 3. But all children dont develop in the same way, and at the same time. In fact, some children will develop certain skills (like walking or talking) faster or slower than others and that these differences are very normal. Prior to starting I Love Gym I never studied how children learn. We have taken what I have learned over the past several years and summarized it into a 28 page detailed module designed to teach you how children grow, develop and learn. You will learn what and when children should attain milestones along with general terms, games and activities.
